There will be multiple times available and virtual attendance supported by WebEx will be available for those who cannot make it in person. The University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law will return to the Southern Ute Reservation on December 27, 28, 30 & 31, 2024, to facilitate the Tribal Wills Clinic for (15) Southern Ute Tribal Members who are interested in drafting a will. This will be held at Sky Ute Casino Resort. The Tribal Wills Clinic is a group of volunteers including law students and licensed attorneys, who donate their time to help Tribal Members write wills. The services are free and the process takes about 4 hours, spread over two days.
