Please indicate the (NAME OF ENTRY) above your name on the registration form and below your signature on each liability waiver form that is signed prior to submitting the email.
All parade registration forms and liability forms that are completed prior the parade line up on September 12, 2026, @ 7: 00 a.m., will be confirmed by parade event staff based on each category entry.
