Mission
The Mission of the Property and Facilities Department is to deliver to its internal and external employees and Membership well-maintained facilities and vehicle fleet and to provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service in the most cost-effective manner while reflecting on our Southern Ute Indian Culture and Traditions.
The Property and Facilities Management Department maintains buildings, grounds, and the vehicle fleet for the Tribe. We are also responsible for certain areas of snow removal and plowing for Tribal Members.
Building Maintenance Division
The Building Maintenance Division is responsible for implementation, procurement, technical support, training, and building systems.
Custodial Division
The Custodial Division keeps all Tribal buildings clean on a daily basis.
Grounds Maintenance Division
The Grounds Maintenance Division performs daily repair and maintenance of the Tribal grounds and buildings.
Motor Pool
The Motor Pool provides safe and reliable transportation for all Tribal departments and entities owned and operated within the Southern Ute Indian Tribal government.
