The Southern Ute Cultural Preservation Department would like to share a reminder about the upcoming Ute & Comanche Youth Camp, taking place June 9-12, 2026. This camp is a great opportunity for Ute and Comanche youth ages 14–17 to spend time on the land, build intertribal relationships, and learn alongside one another in a supportive outdoor setting. As part of the lead-up to the 50th anniversary of the Ute and Comanche Peace Treaty in 2027, youth will participate in activities focused on learning, connection, and shared history. We encourage families who are interested to register by this Friday, May 29, 2026, or reach out for more information.
