JOM School Supplies Distribution (Ignacio)

The Johnson-O’Malley Committee will be distributing school supplies for all JOM eligible students attending Ignacio and Bayfield School Districts on the following dates: Bayfield School District: Thursday, August 1st Ignacio School District: Thursday, August 8th At the Southern Ute Education Department. 2024 Pino Nuche Indigenous Art Market & Juried Show

The Southern Ute Cultural Center & Museum is excited to announce the dates for our 3rd Annual Pino Nuche Indigenous Art Market & Juried Show! The Art Market & Juried Show will be held at the Sky Ute Casino Resort Event Center on August 9th, 10th, & 11th. And be sure to catch the 2nd Annual Native Love Indigenous Fashion Show to be held on Saturday, August 9th at the Southern Ute Cultural Center & Museum large classroom.

Internet Based Hunter Safety Education Course

Attached is the information for the upcoming Hunters Education Conclusion Course hosted by the Southern Ute Wildlife Division. Saturday, August 10th, 2024 8 AM - 2 PM SunUte Community Center 390 Mouache Drive, Ignacio Colorado Course fees: $29.50 for the online course and $10 for the conclusion class The major portion of this course must be completed online, before attending class on August 10th. Class size is limited to 20 students. The suggested minimum age for students is 12. Parents of younger students are encouraged to attend with their child.
