🚨 911 Outage 🚨Our local 911 system is currently down. The Southern Ute Police Department is actively triaging the issue, and we are working to restore service as quickly as possible. In the meantime, Central Dispatch in Durango is receiving and handling all 911 calls for our area. This is part of the built-in redundancy of the 911 system: if the primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) is unavailable, calls are automatically routed to the next available regional PSAP. This outage is not affecting the administrative line to the Southern Ute Police. You may also call Southern Ute Dispatch at 970-563-4401. We will share an estimated time for full restoration as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
