Tri-Utes are back this 2024! The Southern Ute Indian Tribe is hosting this year’s Tri-Ute Games and is looking for athletes and coaches!  Save the date for mid-summer 2024, exact dates will be announced before the end of March.  Packet pick-up for coaches and players will be at SunUte Recreation.  Please contact SunUte Recreation at (970) 563-0214 and request the following Recreation staff members for assistance:  Darnell (2667), Elijah (2655), Kelsey (2660), or Bird (2664).  Deadline for packet submission will be May 3, 2024

Denver Sturm College of Law Tribal Wills Project will be providing their Tribal Wills Clinic in Kayenta, Arizona March 25-28, 2024. Those interested must arrange their own personal travel. The Southern Ute Multi-Purpose Facility will hold traditional sewing and beading classes on March 26 & March 28, from 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and Wednesday and Thursday, from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.  Call Elise to sign up and get supply list at (970) 563-2641.  Ribbon skirts and dresses are the focus. Beading projects are always welcome.

The Southern Ute Veterans Association will be honoring Vietnam Veterans on March 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the Southern Ute Veterans Park in Ignacio, Colorado. Southern Ute tribal membership, tribal entity staff, and tribal community are encouraged to attend.

On Friday, March 29, 2024, the Southern Ute Multi-Purpose Facility will hold the monthly Sip, Chat, & Chew event. It is open to all members of all Ute tribes. Easter Fun activity will be Ute Bingo.  Door prize donations are appreciated.  Please call (970) 563-2640 for more information.
