  • Southern Ute Cultural Center and Museum’s Kid Handgame Classes

    Please join the Southern Ute Cultural Center and Museum in the month of November as we will be teaching classes for both adults and kids to learn the basics of playing Hand Games, both classes are open to the public.   • 2023 Annual Salmon Giveaway

    Salmon Fish giveaways are scheduled for 3:00pm on Friday, November 3rd, Friday, November 10th & Friday, November 17th. Tribal Members need only to present their Tribal Identification Card and do NOT need to possess a state fishing permit. The giveaway will take place at the boat ramp starting at 3PM sharp. The Nighthorse staff typically allows participants access to the parking area at 2PM. It is first come first serve as well. Please bring your own containers to hold fish.   • FLC vs. Haskell Meet and Greet & Free Throw Contest

    Join SunUte on November 3, 2023, for their Meet and Greet and Free Throw Contest to kickoff the FLC vs. Haskell basketball games in collaboration with NABI and the Southern Ute tribal government. - FLC Meet and Greet starts at 5pm at SunUte. - The Free Throw Contest will start immediately following the FLC Meet and Greet. (Contest will not start before 6:30pm).Winners of the Free Throw Contest will shoot at half time of the Men's FLC vs. Haskell Basketball Game. Call (970) 563-0214 for more information.

  • Native American Heritage NCAA Games – FLC vs. Haskell

    Save the Date for November 4, 2023, when the Haskell Indian Indian Nations visits Fort Lewis College for two NCAA basketball games at the SunUte Community Center in Ignacio, Colorado.
