• SU Tribal Health: Flu and Stew

    The Southern Ute Tribal Health Department will provide flu shots for adults 18+ who have been previously seen at Southern Ute Health Center. Other resources will be provided for other community members. All can come out and learn about the benefits of receiving the flu vaccine and get a tasting of a warm Fall stew recipe.   • SMHW: Breastfeeding and Parenting Class

    Come join Southern Ute Shining Mountain Health and Wellness for our October Breastfeeding and Parenting Class Thursday October 9th from 12-1pm, downstairs in the Mouache Capote Building. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our topic will be breast health and all are welcome. Healthy lunch will be served.

  • SU Property & Facilities: Fall Clean Up 2025

    It is time for the Annual Southern Ute Fall Clean-Up! Fall Clean-Up will be October 14-17, 2025. Operation hours will be 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tribal departments are tasked with clean-up throughout the week and will pick up based on their route and by specific task such as hazardous waste or tire removal. If customers requesting services have any questions regarding the Fall Clean-Up week in general, please contact Tyson Thompson, Property and Facilities Director at (970) 563-2945.
