Southern Ute Utilities shut off day is Wednesday, October 4, 2023, the first Wednesday of the month. All past due bills must be paid by 10am to avoid being shut off.

In observance of Indigenous People’s Day, the Permanent Fund, Growth Fund, and SUSS offices will be closed on Monday, October 9, 2023. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
As a reminder, Scenario training has been established at three fixed locations on tribal campus October 10-13, 2023, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The attached schedule has been updated and outlined when tribal campus buildings are to report to their specific scenario training location at the scheduled time. Risk Management will work with staff and supervisors to allow some flexibility if their scheduled training time interferes with any office coverage or any priority tasks requiring immediate attention. For tribal campus locations that provide direct customer service, tribal business shall be maintained during normal business hours by sending as many staff as possible to the assigned session and leaving delegated staff to maintain operations. Staff who are delegated office coverage shall attend another session at any of the three locations as their schedule allows.
