    The Southern Ute Youth Employment Program’s (YEP) job posting is up and is open to Tribal Member Youth 14-17 years of age. The Youth Employment Program’s job posting opened to First Descendants on Monday, April 22, 2024, for the same age range. Youth that apply will be contacted by the YEP Coordinator for interview schedule.   • Lake Capote: Season-Long Fishing Derby

    Lake Capote will be celebrating their 60th Anniversary this year! The Lake will be hosting a season long Fishing Derby.   • SunUte: Summer Pool Hours

    SunUte would like to share Summer Pool Hours information with the community.  Pool hours will be Monday- Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m.  Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.  The pool will not be available during Swimming Lessons on Monday, Wednesday, or Fridays 9:00-11:15 a.m.  There is one lap lane available for Adult lap swim only.  For more information, please call Abel Velasquez, Fitness Director, at (970) 563-2651.

    Southern Ute Higher Education Building 330 Burns Avenue, Ignacio, CO, United States

    Shining Mountain Health and Wellness is hosting an Indigenous Cooking Class with guest chef Karlos Baca on Tuesdays June 4th and June 11th from 5:30-7:30pm at Southern Ute Higher Education Building, 330 Burns Avenue, Ignacio.
