Due to inclement weather, Chairman Baker has granted administrative leave for employees today, February 20, 2026. Tribal Offices will be closed. Normal business hours will resume at 8:00 AM on February 23, 2025. Tribal Members and the general public are encouraged to reschedule any business that would have been conducted during the closure. The Boys and Girls Club will be closed. Patients with appointments at the Southern Ute Health Center will be contacted to reschedule at the earliest convenience. For urgent needs, the triage line will remain available at 970-563-4581. Please Southern Ute Behavioral Health as they begin a new cycle of our Mending Broken Hearts group Tuesday July 16th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The Mending Broken Hearts group is focused on healing from Trauma, as well as Grief and loss, if you are interested in attending the group it will be held at the Southern Ute Cultural Center and Museum in Ignacio, CO. The Southern Ute Division of Social Services is offering Positive Indian Parenting Class during the month of July. This month there is a change to the times we’re offering the class. As requested by the community, we are offering an evening class to working parents, who might not be available during office hours. In July 2024, the classes will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. You may sign up now for this free, virtual class. Call (970) 563-2337 to sign up.
The Southern Ute Digital Equity Program (SUDEP) will provide Microsoft-Power Point Training on July 17th and 18th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 💻 This will be held at the Growth Fund Building, light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Seating is limited and open to all Southern Ute Tribal Members. The first 10 Tribal Members to sign up and attend the training will receive a $25 gift card to Walmart. Sign up today!
