SU Agriculture Division: Ag Land Survey

The Southern Ute Department of Natural Resources has been tasked with creating a Comprehensive Agricultural Land Management Plan with long-term and short-term ideas for the plan that includes conceptual goals and objectives for further planning and development. The department would like to encourage the Southern Ute tribal membership to complete the survey regarding as-signed tribal agricultural lands. The survey can be obtained by scanning the attached QR code or by visiting the following survey link: https://forms.office.com/r/dTv0KjjKCx through June 30, 2025. SUBH: Breath & Movement Group

Breath and Movement Group is Kicking Off in April! Join Southern Ute Behavioral Health every week to gently stretch and move in a supportive, peer led space. Bring curiosity and awareness to the mind and body to learn new coping skills. Decrease stress while increasing vitality and well-being. Please bring an exercise mat, if possible. No prior experience needed! Open to all Native American Community members, age 18+! Space is available yet limited! Facilitators: Tamara D. SU DOE: Town Hall – Mancos Shale Development

The Department of Energy (DOE) will be hosting a town hall meeting to keep Tribal Membership informed on the Mancos Shale Development. This Tribal Members-only meeting will cover information regarding where water will be sourced from, anticipated routes for layflat pipelines, permitting, and tribal considerations.
