Tri-Utes are back this 2024! The Southern Ute Indian Tribe is hosting this year’s Tri-Ute Games and is looking for athletes and coaches!  Save the date for mid-summer 2024, exact dates will be announced before the end of March.  Packet pick-up for coaches and players will be at SunUte Recreation.  Please contact SunUte Recreation at (970) 563-0214 and request the following Recreation staff members for assistance:  Darnell (2667), Elijah (2655), Kelsey (2660), or Bird (2664).  Deadline for packet submission will be May 3, 2024

Southern Ute Education is accepting nominations for the Elbert J. Floyd Award. Please see the attachment for requirements. Eligible recipients do not need to reside on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation; however, it is asked that they can be available to receive the award in person, which will take place at the Tribal Council Chambers in Ignacio, CO. Submission is to be in writing stating the basis of nomination and returned to the Southern Ute Education Department by 5:00 pm Friday, May 03, 2024. Nominations may be received from any teacher, Tribal member, or community member, and they must be submitted to the Southern Ute Education Department.
