Southern Ute Tribal Council Enacts Amendments to Title 26 – Liquor Code

By Resolution No. 2026-029, the Southern Ute Tribal Council enacted amendments to Title 26 – Liquor Code. Title 26 is an existing code. The amended version replaces the prior version in the SUIT Law and Order Code.

Title 26 was approved by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and published in the Federal Register on March 5, 2026.

The Liquor Code is effective as of March 5, 2026.
