SUBH: Mental Health First Aid Group

Southern Ute Behavioral Health is offering another round of Mental Health First Aid for adults!

This free training is for adults age 18 and up to help learn how to spot signs of mental health challenges in their friends, loved ones, and neighbors, and offer real support. In this training participants learn important information about different kinds of mental health challenges. Learn about signs, symptoms, how to help someone in a mental health crisis, and an action plan for helping people access community resources.
