Description

In 2000-2001, the Southern Ute Indian Tribe had several homes built in the Cedar Point Subdivision whose foundations were improperly installed. Over the years the homes have exhibited significant foundational movement resulting in severe cosmetic deficiencies. Tribal Council directed a project be developed to replace these homes for the Homeowner’s that elected to participate. These homes will either be rebuilt on the same property, or a different lot as phased in the project phasing plan. A total of 18 homes will be reconstructed over the next 2 years. This project was approved via Resolution No. 2022-127.
