Description
The Cedar Point Home Replacement (CPHR) Project was created by Tribal Council to address deficiencies in a subset of homes constructed in the Cedar Point Subdivision B, lots 1-30. Pursuant to homeowner choice, homes that were not bought by the Tribe outright are being rebuilt, either on the same lot or on a
new lot, at no cost to the homeowner. Construction activities are expected to continue through Summer of 2028.
