Mission
The Building Maintenance Division is committed to carrying out the needs and vision of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, as they relate to the life cycle and preventative maintenance, repair, and service of the Tribal property. Services will be rendered with the degree of professionalism that reflects positively on the Tribe’s membership, while maintaining the highest level of accountability, quality assurance, customer service, and fiscal responsibility.
Purpose
The purpose is to maximize the efficiency of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe’s buildings and systems. The Division is responsible for implementation, procurement, technical support, training, and building systems. These include establishing programs for preventive maintenance, programmed maintenance, and planned (long- and short-range) specific maintenance and repair, all based on realistic budget projections.
