Eligible recipients do not need to reside on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation; however\, it is asked that they can be available to receive the award in person\, which will take place at the Tribal Council Chambers in Ignacio\, CO.\n\n\nSubmission is to be in writing stating the basis of nomination and returned to the Southern Ute Education Department by 5:00 pm Friday\, May 03\, 2024.\n\n\nNominations may be received from any teacher\, Tribal member\, or community member\, and they must be submitted to the Southern Ute Education Department.\n\n\nFor questions or more information please contact Heather White-Thunder at 970-563-0237 or email hwhiteth@southernute-nsn.gov.
