This spawning operation is important for fisheries within the Southwest Region and across the State of Colorado.\n\n\nCPW wants to let the Southern Ute Tribal members\, as well as\, Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Members\, know about the spawning and fish giveaways. We are inviting enrolled tribal members ( SUIT & UMUT) to share this fish resource.\n\n\n• Fish giveaways are scheduled for 3:00pm on Friday\, November 8th\, 15th & 22nd.\n• Tribal Members need only to present their Tribal Census Card or Tribal Brunot Area fishing permit. Tribal members do NOT need to possess a State fishing permit.\nParticipants can begin lining up at the boat ramp at 2:00 p.m. When entering the lake\, members should let the City of Durango staff at the entrance booth know they are there for the Kokanee giveaway. SUMMARY:University of Denver: Tribal Wills Clinic
DESCRIPTION:The University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law will return to the Southern Ute Reservation on December 27\, 28\, 30 & 31\, 2024\, to facilitate the Tribal Wills Clinic for (15) Southern Ute Tribal Members who are interested in drafting a will. This will be held at Sky Ute Casino Resort. The Tribal Wills Clinic is a group of volunteers including law students and licensed attorneys\, who donate their time to help Tribal Members write wills.
