Please expect utility staff and contractors to be on-site during business hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm\, Monday through Friday.\n\nHere’s what you need to know:\n\n\nBefore the main pipe is installed: We’ll do some prep work\, like locating service connections and staging equipment.\n\n\nDuring pipe installation and construction: Port-a-potties will be available. We will reconnect service lines the same day or early the next day.\n\n\nAs work approaches your property: Expect timely\, address-specific updates so you know what’s happening every step of the way.\n\n\nAccess along your street or driveway may be limited.\n\n\nSuggestions for Preparing for Sewer Outage During Pipe Installation:\n\n\nBefore the outage: Fill containers with drinking water\, minimize water usage\, and move valuables from work areas. \n\n\nDuring the outage: Do not flush toilets or use drains; keep pets and children away from work zones. \n\n\nAfter the outage: Check for odors or backups and promptly report any issues. \n\n\nThank you for your patience as we make these important improvements.
