The department would like to encourage the Southern Ute tribal membership to complete the survey regarding as-signed tribal agricultural lands. The survey can be obtained by scanning the attached QR code or by visiting the following survey link: https://forms.office.com/r/dTv0KjjKCx through June 30\, 2025.
