As we are approaching Independence Day, BIA Fire Office would like to remind the public that the Southern Ute Indian Reservation is in Stage I Fire Restrictions.
** Possession, discharging, or use of any kind of fireworks is prohibited. **
Anyone violating the provisions of this fire ban may be subject to prosecution outline in the Southern Ute Indian Criminal Code.
