Lake Capote is open to fishing, boating, day-use, and overnight camping (tent sites and RV hookups). Visitors are welcome at any time. Lake staff are typically on duty for check-ins between 8 AM and 5 PM, however, a self-check-in station is available for visitors arriving after hours.
