The Southern Ute Indian Montessori Academy (SUIMA) serves children from birth to age 12 years. Enrollment is based on a first-come first-served basis. Children must be Southern Ute Tribal Members or a child of a Tribal Member.

To provide educational excellence in a culturally rich environment to each Southern Ute Indian Tribal Child and each child of Southern Ute Indian Tribal Members.

Concept Statement

The Southern Ute Indian Montessori Academy which has woven the Montessori philosophy of education into a culturally driven environment to achieve the nurturing of the whole child and to promote lifelong learners.
